Dudjom Lingpa, born in 1835 in the Serta region of Tibet, is the founding master of the Dudjom Tersar Lineage. On this page, you can find a downloadable English translation of his popular sadhana, the Troma Sadhana, a Chod liturgy. His revelatory writings on Dzogchen are studied by many and used as meditation practice manuals, especially the Sharp Vajra Tantra of Awareness, (also in translation on this site). Read more of the biography of Dudjom Lingpa, extracted from Dharmata Lineage Masters.
What is a sadhana? It is not just chanting a sacred liturgy over and over, but it is an awareness practice that you integrate into every activity of your life from brushing your teeth to meditating.
