In the Nyingma tradition, we chant inspiring Dohas or songs of realization. Many of them are full of quite positive narratives that open our hearts and uplift our spirits. There is a verse composed by Longchenpa: “Wherever I go, I’m always walking in the truth. Wherever I stay, I’m always residing in the truth.”
